Gold price: 540.45; silver 9.93.
PJO back to its high of CAN$8.90 (+1.7%.)
Updating first post of this thread (29 Jan):
PJO has 83 mill shares equiv. BSG holds 79.5% of PJO.
Price of PJO: CAN$8.90 or AUS$10.478 (F=1.17736)
BSG has 280 mill shares. Price per BSG share ought to be at least:
83 mill *10.478*0.795/280= AUS$2.47
Current BSG price :AUS$2.26
So, instead of paying at least $2.47, the investor pays $2.26, an 8.5% discount.
In addition, he gets BSG's 100% owned projects in Mexico as well as BSG's cash (About $30 mill+ or 10 cents/share) without paying for those. These are free.
If he/she paid for all that, then the market value of the BSG share ought to be somewhere near $2.64 IMHO; the current price of $2.26 is then at a 14.4% discount.
I took the opportunity to increase my stake in BSG.
