How about the Eargo mob?
Touted by some as a main competitor?...Tad expensive at around $3,000 USD (around 4000 AUD) and they call themselves a hearing aid but are they a hearing aid? or just a glorified psap and will they "fit" the finalised OTC rule criteria?I mean they don't stream, no telephone functions, no ANC and the eartips don't look like they offer any kind of passive noise reduction either...think the new model 5 is rechargeable at least? They certainly don't give you much info on their main site regarding their specs...wonder why?
More importantly, will they survive after this?
