I agree wholeheartedly with you! And with the forecast of Gold to trade much, much higher than it is now, it makes perfect sense to vote against this grossly unfair merger in June. Do not get fooled by Tonkin. This attempted merger has been put out to see what can be extrapolated from us, what Tonkin obviously views as dumb retail shareholders. It really would be remiss of us to openly accept this first offer deal. Let`s assume that by June 2024 the price of Gold is hovering around the $2,300 to $2,400 mark and the price of SLR is at $1.50, and that`s if it gets to $1.50, I think it`s fair to say that Tonkin and his cronies will have to come up with something far more superior to say the least. I`ve mentioned it in past posts and I`ll mention it again, remember Egan Street and the shareholders of that company who held out and held out, and in the end got a much better deal. Let`s do likewise SLR shareholders. All in my humble opinion.
