Here we have two new copper producers [or potential producers]--BTR and CDU.

BTR has enjoyed very exciting big percentage gains 22%, whilst from a higher level, CDU has enjoyed only a 2.13% gain.

BTR needs to raise futher exploration and development finance; CDU would seem to have completed all the equity financing it will need.

In terms of orebodies, BTR has been able to release very little info on its orebody, whilst CDU [being in the game much longer] has told its shareholders very large amounts of info to the point where preliminary tonnage estimates have been completed.

In terms of sharemarket capitalisations, BTR would be about $200million whilst CDU would be more than three times that figure.And yet BTR keeps raking in the new shareholders, whilst CDU is striving to commence copper production by end 2012.

These two companies will excite many for some time to come. Conix
