comparison placement ,cus at 5cents??

    I just notices atm company customers limited (cus) are trying to make a placement with shareholder approval at 5 cents,the share price recently was 15.5cents(candle chart)I wonder how "happy" those shareholders are,when lum made a placement above the current share price.
