So "roughie" comparison on coal quality of RIV and NMRs Thermal Coal (Ive ignored RIV's Coking/Anthacite coal as it is much higher quality) with what I can derive from the info supplied by Big's Links and NMR pressos and posts by NMR Posters on HC Ive read.. Difficult task and I'll insert my disclaimer here. I may have made interpretation mistakes. Info on RIV is sketchy at best. Purpose of posting this is to premote discussion only.
