Certainly strange BB. Theres many reasons. Im not at the screens but usually you get some midpoint trading that comes along with it could also be HFT going through trying to cap. Judging on volume thats presented under these levels id say the latter is more appropriate.

Judging by the last financial and the lack of funds raised in the last CR i dont know whether to be scared or excited? Theres no money at all? Does anyone know a plan B? I remember someone talking about it before..?
Ive heard the ISP is still being filled but no info on barges loaded?
