Not sure of this detail, but wasn't the PDN Langer Heinrich resource initially (don't know if there has been an upgrade) determined to be 15,000t? If AGS has come out with a partial resource of 15,000t (with only 3750t being their allocation) and with the resource size of a substantial area yet to be announced, it seems that the doom of today may in fact be misplaced.
When you also compare the MC of both AGS and PDN it would seem as if the AGS SP is low.
I hope some of this makes sense.
