    There was a company Celestis (CST) that specialised in testing for Latent TB in patients.
    It was a Melbourne Company run by 2 doctors.
    I believed strongly in the company and accumulated .
    Eventually there was a Scheme of Arrangement for a paltry price.
    We banded together in HC and the takeover could not go ahead because they could not get 75% acceptance.
    A higher offer came. And we accepted.
    I have not read the docs here but I would expect 75% minimum acceptance
