here is an interesting snippett from proactive investors.
    http://www.proactiveinvestors.com.au/genera/files/sponsor_files/proactive_investors_ironbark_zinc__12_october_2010.pdf

"By comparison, largest Ironbark shareholder, Nystar recently signed a deal with Talvivaara Mining
Company of Finland to acquire 1,250,000 tonnes of zinc in concentrate form for US$335 million or US$260
per tonne, or US$71/tonne. This is indicative of the type of valuation that Ironbark?s largest shareholder may place upon its strategic investment."

Not sure on the exact grades as I was just browsing but the 1,250,000 tonnes is about the same size as the upgrade from IBG today, which is only 13% of the resource.

For a company that has a market cap of only $111million it certainly makes today's announcement look a bit more significant!
