It's interesting that PSD is now down close to EPT's share...

It's interesting that PSD is now down close to EPT's share price. Over the past year or more PSD has been consistently above EPT, usually by 20 or 30 cents or more. EPT is been a disappointment for its shareholders and is now engaged in a very large and dilutory capital raising that might or might not succeed. Apart from the annoying but relatively minor issuing of options, PSD shareholders don't have the reasons to sell off that EPTers do, yet PSD has been sold off far more since the beginning of the year. It's a crazy market.
