    You have assumed HCH is not simply overvalued...?

    I held WAF for nearly 2 years and sold out about 6 months ago. The tipping point for me was management that announced (in late November-2012) they were targeting JORC resources during 2012 for both Sartenga and Moktedu (which was already a 6 month delay on previous expectations). I haven’t heard a peep about Metkudo since (their website still mentions target JORC in mid 2013 for Moktedu).

    Good management = under promise / over deliver.

    Poor management = over promise / under deliver.

    So for me it came down to a simple equation of there being better investment opportunities available elsewhere. I could quite easily be proved wrong, but that’s the game we’re in.
