Maybe you are right but I get the feeling the Market is applying a significant discount because of perceived higher risk with EMHs deposit due to its complexities
Im not sure I would argue that no discount should be applied, as Nihl has said its like talking about a sulphide vs laterite nickel deposit or a DSO vs Magnetite Iron Ore deposit
However what I would argue is that PLS trading 21 times the value of EMH is too big a discount
I would think 1/10 PLS is possible and reasonable given the potential but Mr Market will decide in the end
