I've been studying other small iron ore explorers, and compared to what UKD have, there doesn't seem to be any real comparison.

I've looked at IOH (poor initial grades, but close to railways - but not aware of any loading facility), GWR (looks like good grades but not anywhere near any major infrastructure), and MMX (excellent grades but not near any infrstructure). I would appreciate other people's comments on any other juniors - obviously there are many more I have not included here.

The thing about iron ore is, it's all about infrastructure. A company may have one of the richest iron ore deposits in the country, but it's not much good if it requires hundreds of millions of dollars worth of infrastructure to get it to a port.

UKD seems to have all the right ingredients. The infrastructure is everywhere around its leases - railways, roads, loading facilities etc.

All that's required is now for UKD to drill and prove up a resource.

IMHO the iron ore leases UKD has picked up are potentially a bonanza for shareholders.

Do not underestimate the potential for deals to be done here with one of the majors.
