"Company goes bust, and he still gets the tenements." No - only $4m needs to be paid back. The tenements are worth far more than that and the balance stays with the shareholders. Anyway, that's getting into too much details for a quick trade.

OAU is up +250% since the director put in $4m of his own money so there's scope to make money. Anyone buying supports the SP which helps the company and other shareholders.As the open pits are developed there will be more chances to make a bit of money so keep OAU on your watchlist.
