I hold both but glad I hold alot more RVR . I doubt I will take part in the CR as I think shares will drift lower than the offer price.
I don't see the purchase as a bargain compared to peanuts rvr paid for Hillgrove.
I said on the AMI forum AMI should have just bought out RVR a few months back .
Alot of posters on the AMI forum reckon RVR had crap management also Hillgrove mine that wouldn't touch it .
RVR has been a better investment and just a better all round company with more upside than AMI will have short to medium term
