before rvr, i had bought cmm for 8.3c. What interested me was the insider buying, the 3 takeover bids for up to 15c. And of course i love gold!. Sold at the pandemic for just over 20c and bought rvr at 4.8 to 8c averaging up not down.
so cmm doubled their market cap through cap raise, they also have a loan for about 100mill. The gold is hedged at 2249 with 50% of production to pay down loan in first 2 years. Market cap is around 600mil and gold output will 130oz. I think they are at 1mil 0z resource, and 1g/t open pit costs are 1350 0z. predicting 1mill mrkt cap on mine opening march to june time.
rvr may see 75000 0z mine with no loan no hedging so gets the full gold spot price. This IS my bag baby! Can we just get this mine open just to get things MOVING. YEH BABY!
