What i will say is this
If mexico says yes to deal in next 3 months (which was outlined as the timeframe for the decision in update) the share price will go up very quickly in the lead up.
Because by september at the current rates of revenue increase, the revenues will already mean the company will be running at an operating profit even without any deals
