Good points guys and may indeed come to pass.

Thing is Tony has stated the company have enough $$$$ to complete drilling campaign....thus building value as we all know.

Tony has also stated his/PLV intention to minimise dilution.
Maybe 'the deal' will be the major one since the resource has been substantially better than PLV had thought...thus meaning deal/s can be proceeded with knowing the numbers /economics are there.

Lets hear it from Tony himself as we all need clarification on this.

One thing is for sure 40 placements are not acceptable from this shareholder.
I'll wait before commenting until Tony/PLV clarifies this.
