Given the unfortunate events that surrounded the previous capital raising: ie the stock value reduction in the lead up to the raising and the inability for various third parties to finalise DD and the discounted issue price; i would suggest that should that scenario reoccur, shareholders would be rightly upset.
I do not think that Tony and the rest of the PLV board would be wanting to see the same result twice (as clearly last years raising was not managed as well as we all would have liked), as Tony has said, he is a substantial holder just like the rest of us and does not want dilution!
That said, some direction soon would be good as all indications are suggesting that a discounted capital raising will be on the cards again. Should a 'deal' be done for a higher price to 'access' additional funding for PLV it will be a first for the current economic climate.
This is a good company with great prospects, the last thing we (and i do include management when i say we) all want to give value away to johny come lately's!
