DSO Isthmus appears to be there...its just how much? Would an extra rig speed it up? Definitely. Lets look though where the other rig is...its 'outside of' the known resource area.
Now what happens if they good some good results there?
The resource gets bigger obviously....the market then see another example of the IO outside of the known resource adding further confidence to the size of the deposit.
I, like a lot of shareholders, probably thought 200MT at 66% was a lofty aspiration..one that may have been achieved much, much later. Its now imminent imo. Thats how my confidence has grown in the resource and the companys management thus far.
Only question is the share price for me. Its the disappointment. For the record I am in the black on this investment so its certainly not sour grapes on my behalf. Its a major diappointment on what has been achieved..particularly since the couple of major resource upgrades and broker reports over the last several months.
PLV knows exactly what it is doing...and as obvious as that statement is, the more I research this the more it becomes clearer.
How fortuitous is it that a ship loader will be available in 18 months? A win/win for both parties. Parties I might add that have a history of working together.
Theres been so much going on behind the scenes...and our good friend MD Tony hasn't been around for 10 days...suggesting there may be things a little too sensitive to show up on HC in anyway shape or form during these times. It certainly would not be because he couldnt be bothered. I think we all appreciate his efforts over a long period of time so hes not posting because its not the time to.
There are so many synergies and relationships 'close by' relating to end users, business partners and of course the Kimberley Iron Ore Hub (KIOH) that connects Irvine, Cockatoo, and Koolan Islands that suggests to me that this just isnt 'another' IO play looking to confirm a resource.
KIOH has been mined for 60 years. The company knows that. The end users know that. And continued drilling continues to confirm that.
This isn't some overnight discovery. Proving up the resource has to be done...however don't think for a minute the end users, the company, and those informed parties out there don't 'already know' whats there and what it means regarding valuations.
The resource is already economically robust..and improving.
