If there is a possible takeover by others (maybe close by) then it would be the obvious gameplay to keep the SP as low as possible over, over a long period of time.
Takeover offer is usually at 30 to 50% premium to SP over a period of time, so up to 70cents based on last few months SP......not fair value.....not fair playing field....but it is all about money.
We all do it after all...you always try to buy a house, car, furniture at the cheapest price.
Hope no T/O is on the books. Want to see this go into production. Long term this is a winner.
