recommendation can also mean take up the offer at 40c as you will see many multiples of its current value , i have been through all this with many co's. board and mgmt. always recommend holders not to miss out on a cheap placement , you wont see another one at this price .... same old same old, at this stage of the project a take over is highly unlikely
