Overtures you seem to think a placement to shareholders is on the cards. I tend to agree..particularly based on Tonys recent comments.

The share price is being kept around 48 cents.

I assume an 'x' discount may be applied to current shareholders and rounded off for the last 'x'trading days.

It could be assumed then that the share placement would be closer to 40 cents perhaps. That seems logical based on 'current' conditions.

I guess if a share placement is coming then the off take agreement/s may be a little way off?

So how many shares get issued or 'offered' to current shareholders and how many (if any) get offered to sophisticated investors?

Just how much cash would PLV go for?

$20 million? Theres an additional 40 million shares or thereabouts on the register if the placement is around 40 odd cents.

If the negotiations are going as well as a lot of us seem to think, then any capital raised may well be an excellent opportunity to top up before the inevitable agreements are signed?
