PP if BHP wanted to mine irvine they could do it quite easily , you dont have to get into bed with the land owners to get permission , you line the right pockets , the rest will follow ,BHP are if a far better position to do that then PLV would ever be,maybe you need a bit more exposure to the ways of the world.
