This should be a 3D printer company. They print shares and now control is vested in fewer and fewer hands. Having consolidated the shares they are now in a position to turn on the 3D printer again. THe company has existed for a long time and is chasing the "hairy grail" with shareholder money. Apart from Disallowed for hair tonic, they spend money on "marketing" and lawyers.
This is not their first marketing stategy that failed to return any value.
