Effectively, they haven't reduced their shareholding, just moved them and in doing so, can pick the lower buy prices to drop the market price.

If this happens enough, the SP can be dropped significantly, and, other shareholders become nervous and join the selling frenzy.

The result is that many shares can then be snapped up at lower prices (Accumulation)

Rocket I have been monitoring the daily course of sales of CDY but only for the past week.Only very light volume. There is an example of what you have indicated occurred on the last trading day with an XT dropping the price from $0.25c to $0.24c. Hard to know how genuine it was but will be interesting to see the open when trading resumes.
