For those that are interested: Some comparisons with TOX - Of course there are other factors to sonsider, but the more I have looked into ASU the more interested I have become:

Total sales for last 12 mths:
ASU: $15million - TOX: $14million

EBIDTA:
ASU: $2.5million - TOX: $5million
(TOX has a higher margin being a service industry vs ASU manufacturing)

Market Cap:
ASU: $22million - TOX: $74million

Taking nothing else into account & based purely on the EBIDTA vs MC comparisons:
ASU should have a market cap of: $37million (50% of TOX) equating to a SP of about 5 cents.

REMEMBER: This is taking nothing else into account! - I will post some more info later
