Always like getting comparable market valuations based on recent acquisitions as these represent the best way to prescribe a current market value for assets.
Hence based on transaction you mentioned I calculate they paid a price of $1.47 per tonne of coal, and given Tabalong has 13.8m tonnes JORC....this equates to value based on this transaction for Tabalong of just over $20m or $20.294m to be more precise in terms of calcs...
