Hi Lads , if one becomes depleted , that indicates one is not a channel for the flow of life , and cannot witness the possible source of any disturbance .
For me I just know where to touch and how , as some people are not open to the information that arises one has to express that which is seen or heard in more appropriate way that can be a starting point for shift.
