In my encounters and learning etc , I have not come across anything to do with the vegas nerve ? I will google and see if relevant for me .
As for the thyroid , nil also my focus is/was the three lower energy bodies connection into the physical , karmic balancing for me .
And so useful with those who I meet . A fuller picture of what the human destiny is .
The only practice that I was given in my time with yoga , was the plough . which has a effect on the "will" in some way.in the early days . That lead to redeeming my " shadow self " which is constructed form "miss use of will " in past incarnations .
It is clear to me that all our experiences are tailored for us to complete our individual life purpose .
