Thyroid: Just notice a certain type of person (actions etc) has issues there.
Seems that is most likely a similar event for most issues for humans??
No instruction my way, just was really (so noticed something and then tried to replicate, not really true but close enough and then some reading), and then needed some confidence to trust. My issues has always been am I intruding and showing doors that may not be really there for that person.
yes trust can be a way to see that all is good, but me does not know or see that in all interactions, no matter what thought is behind the interaction or intention.
To me we are only a small atom in a very large universe (simplistic terms)
