Be gentle on yourself, you only have it once, Yes easier said then done in general for most humans.
So if thinking about any change, be it any thing, just take it easy at first. Say learning a new language, just little bit at a time, to give time for the body to adjust.
Some floating thoughts :-L learner plates on oopss
if feeling a little all over the place:
the common thing, is walk on the ground with no shoes or listen and take note of your breathing.
one easy way after a bit of practice is to visualise a gold (some form of line etc) from base of spine to ground to assist with grounding.
gold (line) can be done from any location.
eyes closed: move ya hands through the air and see if ya can feel some friction eg like waving through a fluid.
close ya eye/s and listen to anything (eg your body or just the environment), does not matter if other stuff pops up
close ya eyes and have a feel inside yourself. Bit like scanning and if ya hit a bump, have a think about it. Say a minute long first time. No forcing, just listen or watch. Get a bit more comfortable, you may be surprised what ya findy
All in all there is no right or really wrong way, it is what feels right is the best way. Prob the best trick is to find what feels right and then you have a starting point
as a new born once winked, not again
so take it easy and be gentle to yourself
