FLEM response was varied along strike of intrusive, with time constant reaching up to 9ms (15ms to 20ms is normally towards higher end indicating greater conductivity and hence greatest possibility of success). The fact that FIN didn't release the range for the time constant and instead providing the maximum is a bit of a red flag. Time constants for FLEM only start to become significant at 7ms, but at this level most geologists would't even bother following up with the drill bit. So essentially they could be having a stab in the dark when it comes to drill targeting. The only potential saviour here is that they are targeting the higher time constant conductors, but we'll see.

I hope they hit a Savannah Ni like orebody that they're expecting, but given the intense variability in the FLEM response, think the probability is extremely low.

It's hard to say... I guess that's why they are drilling (or to increase the percent interest, so hopefully they find something. Here are some extracts from the CAZ and FIN announcements hopefully give enough indication of Ni in the ground --- certainly there appears to be elevated Ni in the soil, so that's something.
