I agree with the reports view that the US is in a political bind with their monetary policy.
I also found the financial crisis sequencing incredibly interesting.
Clearly was written in the middle of the European Debt Crisis, I respect his conviction in a time of deflationary fears.
Overall a very well written and interesting report that tells it how it is.
