Key considerations...
1. If we don't achieve a successful takeover today - what will the cost be in 12 months or 2 years?
2. If we don't achieve a successful takeover - whatever if someone else beats us to it?
3. What will Lithium supply/demand ratio look like in the future?

Of course, everyone wants to pay bottom dollar, but when you are looking at a twenty year plan, and thinking about what locking-up a supply for the next 30 to 40 years would be worth - you might want be thinking differently.
