The takeover limit is 20%.
If you want to increase shareholding by buy on market, you'd increase share price then would cost a lot higher to take over.
Secretly buying under 'unrelated parties' is possible.
BTW, top 20 recently increased by ~5m shares.
I think it's better off just letting our management team fast tracking our three projects, then its potential will be gradually unfolding.
