3 10 June 2021 GREENBUSHES SOUTH FIELD WORK UPDATE -- Galan Lithium Limited (ASX: GLN) has recently completed its first exploration sampling and mapping work at the Greenbushes South Lithium project. An initial reconnaissance field visit being conducted by Galan last month which included preliminary field mapping and hard rock / soil sampling. A major goal of the field mapping was to identify and map the surface expression of the DonnybrookBridgetown Shear Zone (DBSZ) that hosts the Greenbushes deposit. The DBSZ is a steeply dipping, N-S trending, shear zone associated which is primarily associated with syntectonic emplacement of the lithium bearing pegmatites of the Greenbushes mine to the north. This major geologic feature is recognised in geophysical data and the recent mapping helped identify its surface expression through the Greenbushes South project. Additionally, 25 soil samples and 15 rock chip samples were taken perpendicular to strike of the DBSZ. Assays of soil and rock chip samples taken from near the DBSZ surface expression have arsenic (As) concentrations up to 574 ppm, up to 16 ppm antimony (Sb) and up to 12 ppm of tin (Sn). Additional samples taken from previously mapped pegmatite outcrops have concentrations of up to 27 ppm of tin (Sn). This data, combined with the historical data, indicate that the DBSZ and its associated geochemical footprint continues along strike from the Greenbushes Deposit into the project area. 4 17 May 2021 GREENBUSHES SOUTH JV UPDATE -- Work at the Greenbushes South JV had commenced. The Galan team has been granted initial private access to parts of the relevant geological areas of interest to proceed with field work that includes soil and rock chip sampling as well as mapping. Desktop geological work is also planned in the near future on the recently granted E70/4777 tenement ~25km north of the Greenbushes mine. Another JV tenement, E70/5680, was also recently granted. The Greenbushes South JV is an unincorporated joint venture between Galan and Lithium Australia NL (ASX:LIT). 5 15 April 2021 DATA REVIEW ENHANCES PROSPECTIVITY OF GREENBUSHES SOUTH LITHIUM PROJECT -- Galan Lithium Limited (ASX: GLN) announced that it has completed a review of historical CSIRO data which enhances the prospectivity of its Greenbushes South Lithium project. Galan reviewed the historical CSIRO data sets of laterite geochemistry (Smith et al. 1987) along with other geological studies. This CSIRO study defines geochemical anomalies within the laterite soils across the Greenbushes region due to the dispersion minerals and elements during extensive weathering of the mineralized Li-Sn-Ta pegmatites. This study was undertaken before Talison Lithium Pty Ltd’s mine commenced production, when the ore deposit was still concealed. This study confirmed the feasibility to explore for a concealed deposit of this style of mineralisation. Elements such as As, Sn, Be, Sb, Nb, Ta and B were used to define the anomaly and were centred over the deposit. The review was conducted by Galan’s Competent Person, Dr Luke Milan. Galan will now augment this data set by extending the coverage of soil sampling on from the historical data sets, with a focus on the most anomalous area located north east of Greenbushes South holding. Mapping and rock chip sampling will also be undertaken. The objective is to confirm historical data and define extensions of geochemical anomalies and therefore potential mineralisation into Galan’s Greenbushes South tenure. These results would then be used to delineate potential targets for further exploration such as drilling. SOURCE: ASX:GLN Release - 15/04/2021
6 21 January 2021 WORK PROGRAMME INITIATED FOR GREENBUSHES SOUTH LITHIUM PROJECT -- Galan Lithium Limited (ASX: GLN) announce that it has formulated a work programme for its recently acquired 80% interest in the Greenbushes South Lithium Project. The project area is deemed to have had a low level of exploration maturity, with no available drilling results for lithium or lithium pathfinders. Numerous MINDEX occurrences of lithium, beryl, tin feldspar tourmaline and mica are found in the project area, potentially indicating lithium-Caesium-Tantalum mineralisation associated with pegmatites. Critically, the project area due south of the Greenbushes mine is highly prospective due to potential for along strike extensions south into the project area. This project area is host to a large strike length of the Donnybrook - Bridgetown Shear Zone hosting the Greenbushes mine deposit. Field work programmes including mapping, rock chip and soil samples are due to commence over the coming weeks with exploration work to be overseen by the Galan team. ASX:GLN Release 21/01/2021

    Sourced from GLN:

    • The Project is located 3kms south of the world-class Greenbushes Lithium mine which is owned and managed by Talison Lithium Pty Ltd
    • Galan already holds a 100% interest in an Exploration Licence application (E70/4629) covering a total area of approximately 43km2.  It is approximately 15kms to the south of the Greenbushes mine.
    • The acquisition secures and consolidates a significant  package of exploration ground of 396km2.
    • Talison’s project is known as the one of the world’s largest, highest grade, hard rock spodumene deposits.
    • The area remains under explored.  The initial focus will be on the tenure that covers a southern strike projection of the geological structure that hosts Greenbushes.

The Blookwood is on south boundary of the GLN JV tenement.
