first of all, we have very little vol comparing to peers in last couple of trading days, began before the Ann.

secondly, we are highly controlled by Instos now which is different than many other retail driven stocks. I guess that’s why we don’t have much vol from retail players so far.

most importantly, JP has a trigger price in mind. He won’t even considering any offering unless SP is over $3 & beyond in short term. So, capping the price at this level will only let this option lapses in 3 months. Instos which have that kind of money should all know JP’s intention by now.

so in simple term, we are being played by Instos now..they love to see retail holders giving up their shares at this level as they probably know we will be comfortably above $3 in short term. I have to say the SP movement disparity against all peers is frustrating indeed ! But it’s the nature of the market.
