@spovend .........gee Cannacord really have smoked the Vul koolaid, besides them in terms of relative returns to target we are near the top, at 100 % upside to their valuation forecast but they give Vul, which is already way over priced given the risks , 144 % upside to target. I know which of those 2 scenarios I would be betting more heavily on. Anyone who subscribes to Canncord, know what discount factor Cannacord use for their Vul NPV target price analysis ? I am intrigued to know if its the same discount factor as Galan . In theory it should be much higher discount factor for Vul, given there is a huge difference in technical risk between the 2 projects and the capex is almost an entire order of magnitude higher which also adds to the implicit risk in it.
