100% agree. JP has established a B-Grade team - latest CFO case in point - barely any experience at a corporate level let alone as CFO.
I'm not sure if JP understand what talent looks like - or maybe he doesn't want to pay for it. Either way, he is doing us shareholders no favour by carrying lightweights.
I hate to say it but JP needs to recruit a real team, or if not, he needs to stand aside and replace himself.
