Zijin snapped Neo Lithium out of CATL at a very cheap price. I think they have to offer an very attractive price out of Ganfeng.
The 50% JV looks not very attractive, but imaged if announced, what would do to share price, just have a look at AVZ and FFX, JV with Chinese partner, actually will significantly appreciate share price, another example is CXO.
