If he is talking about getting a product to the market fast, I suspect he is confident of achieving that "Lithium Concentrate" level of 4.8% or better. Just evaporate it and sell it as-is. No need to raise the capex to build a production plant to process it to "Lithium Carbonate Equivalent (LCE)" or "Lithium Hydroxide (LiOH)".........yet. This could be the initial strategy to get revenue coming in and use the funds for the capex to eventually build the production plant facility to process the Lithium Concentrate to LCE and/or LiOH.
