Have to say I agree with you some of the way there @winover I see it slightly differently though.
Take for example the proven tech that is evajiporation ponds and then consider the unproven DLE & lower purity plays - 100's of thousands of tons of Li production has been spruiked by some companies that may never see light of day; they would be the ones I'd be worried about.
Unprecedented demand is just around the corner and when the penny drops that all Li deposits aren't created equal the shite shall flush out.
Kind of reminds me of all the noise; so called educated people stating that coal was dead and dividends were a thing of the past; follow a couple of the met & thermal companies over the last 6 months to see how that's panned out!

I just hope hysteria doesn't take more control
