the date on the below Ann is the 22 March 2021 , appointing a environmental agency to handle the approvals , and the approvals are to be included in the BFS
give them a month to gather the paperwork
a poster from our neighbour stated that it takes about 12 months for environmental approvals to be granted
a guess would be no earlier than April 2022 for the BFS , all going well with all the other components time will tell
