This is PLS and AJM all over again. For now, AVL has enough resource to not require TMT's resource. From memory AVL have a mine life of 25 years with grade of 1.08% vs TMT's grade of 0.88%.
At some point you could see the two resources join but it would be a predatory corporate action rather than a merging of equals
