lol TNG had major project status too and there process plant got rejected back to square one! , no one is above the approval process and that SNIPPET I shared was out of AVLs PFS and they are calling the best case scenario 12 months... so once they submit the referal to the EPA for the process plant add another 12 months and that's ur best case as declared by AVL
