hey thanks for asking I have spoken to management regarding this 6-12 months ago when they announced yarrabubba and ian has covered it in videos since , all the process plant is on the northern tenement as you can imagine it's the process plant that requires the most rigorous enviro study's since they are drawing bore water and will have all the infrastructure and potential waiste etc and it's on track to finish first possibly this quarter with yarrabubba soon after, yarrabubba tenement enviro is just a for a mine with minimal plant and infrastructure so the eis is very straight forward.TMT should have all statutory approvals by mid year

FYI TMT submitted the documents that AVL submitted in March last year back in November 2018. so they have a
significant head start (this isn't my opinion it's fact and can be Checked on EPA website)

btw read the NAIF website and it clearly
states NO NAIF will be granted without all statutory approvals.
