Justice Fullerton did not give a date for her reserved decision but hopefully not too far away. Will be interesting the impact on NCR and especially if the mining licence should never have been cancelled in the first place. Just my view but maybe the government is holding out on the compensation issue until the court decision is released. All IMO.
