Goldilocks. That's where the ASX is useless, should have certain rules when trade is supended for over a month.
So NKP can say they will trade week commencing 17 January, so let's say we dont here anything today...no suprise with their track record..than what, if we hear nothing by Friday next week, than what, the week after that no update.
So maybe ASX can let you suspend indefintely, and NKP can come back to us with update in March, June maybe Dec 11.
Not sure if there are any rules by ASX regarding this, if anyone has more knowledge in this area, would be nice to know.
NKP has a lot to learn about communicating with s/holders and having some credibility, it's all about MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT, MANAGEMENT. Management 101 is a good start for PL.
